Terms of Service

By accessing or using Site Machine you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Site Machine is an AI-powered code generation tool that produces deployable Next.js websites from natural-language prompts, reference URLs, and sketch uploads. Generated code is provided as-is for your own use and deployment.
Access is invite-only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You agree not to use Site Machine to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI pipeline in bulk.
- Circumvent rate limits or quotas through automated means.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
You retain ownership of content you submit (prompts, reference URLs, sketches). Site Machine retains no rights to your inputs or generated outputs. You are solely responsible for ensuring your inputs do not infringe third-party IP.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that generated code will be fit for any particular purpose or free of errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Site Machine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
